Can a junior's draft reach the patient without a senior seeing it?
No. A report can only become FINALIZED from UNDER_REVIEW or AMENDED — the state machine has no path from a draft straight to signed — and FINALIZED is terminal and locked. Signing is gated to radiologist accounts, so a junior account cannot finalise a report even by mistake.
Who signs the report — the radiologist or the AI?
The radiologist, always. AI only prepares a draft to save time; it never diagnoses on its own and it never signs. Every finalised report carries the signing radiologist's name and registration number.
Can one radiologist read across several of our centres?
Yes. A reader can be scoped to work across N centres and see one shared worklist, instead of logging into a separate system per site.
Can we see turnaround for the whole group in one place?
Yes — turnaround is tracked per study and reported by centre, so delays are visible before a referring doctor calls to ask.
Is every action traceable if a case is questioned later?
Yes. Access, edits, signing, release and export are written to an append-only audit log that cannot be edited or deleted afterwards — not by a user, and not by the application's own database account.
